Humbug Mt. State Park
6 miles south of Port Orford. Camp and sail at this beautiful state park. Use day use area for sailing. Int.- advanced skill level(walk upwind to launch so as to leave yourself some drift, you do not want to meet the mountain!)
South Jetty-Gold Beach

Sailing is on the south side of the jetty. Int.-advanced skill level
Cape Sebastion
8 miles south of Gold Beach right on Hwy 101. Use pull out area for parking and rigging. The Cape has smaller and easier waves of the two sailing sites. Excellent place on small surf days to start your wavesailing career! Int.-advanced skill level.
Pistol River - The Rock
2 miles south of the Cape on Hwy 101, where the porta potty is! Nice rigging area and short walk to the beach. It is called "The Rock" for the large rock at water's edge to be a  spectator from and use as a wind block! The waves are bigger and more "poundy" here! This is where the Pistol River Wave Bash is held each year at the end of June. The waves get mast high here often and caution should be taken! Int.-Advanced skill level
